They are eager to get you into the store and they seem real friendly but they will not pay you anywhere near what you precious metals are worth. I called the manager Vince on the phone and he lied about who he was. He stated that he was taking calls for Vince. Then he eventually admitted that he was Vince. Shady people. Take your business somewhere else. They offered me $700 for my sterling silverware set. I took it to another buy and was paid $1700. Need I say more?
