  I can not say enough about Brooks Smith in your Tool & Rental Center. My Kitchen Aid Grill which I purchased less than 6 months ago severely over-heated and damaged the inner workings of the unit. I called NexGrill the company that makes the grill for Kitchen Aid and got the royal run-around-run-around-run-around! Brooks even called them himself completely unsolicited by me and helped me determine what replacement parts were needed. He arranged it so that I wasn't charged anything for his services by Home Depot. And he wouldn't even allow me to tip him under the table! Brooks is THE BEST! FULL STOP. MIC DROP!

  Called store to see if they carried a product, employee hung up on me. Almost impossible to ever get an employee to help you in store. Scheduled them to measure our doors and replace, measured the doors for $35 and never followed up on appt. and ignored multiple voicemails. Garbage.

  We always have a decent experience just shopping here but definitely never buy anything that has to be delivered or installed. First delivery was dreadful. Our material was in and delivery scheduled but someone sold it, nobody ever called and we had to take 2 days off completely and make 6 phone calls and a trip to the store to finally get it at 6pm on a sunday. Install went pretty well but then they were short 2 pieces that weren't in stock. Spoke with customer service 2 times about it and the installers still haven't contacted us after 3 weeks. The project will never ben finished and it has been nothing but a bad experience. This is a retail store only, hire real professionals, dont fall for their BS that they can do the whole job. Installers never came back to finish the job and never returned phone calls. We had to put the missing trim in ourselves and decided to install the next room on our own. STAY AWAY FROM ANYTHING INSTALLED OR DELIVERED!
